It allows you to send personalized offer, create option or a booking directly from the System and issue invoice for agency commission.
Standard Booking Sheet is available with classic view per fleet as well as the powerful display with all yachts in certain base or sailing area visible at once.
Additionally, you can use the unique possibility to expand your search to any location in the radius up to 100 km from the requested base.
We are using Booking Manager now for five years and it has made our work much easier. The program is good in general for running the business and having it all at one place, reachable from wherever you might be at the moment.
XML gave us the possibility to work faster and well organized as well as to search for the most specific needs of individual client's wishes and programs that we offer.
By using Booking Manager we have increased the number of bookings, cut down the office expenses and sped up the whole booking process. We simply would not be one of the best if we weren't using it!
